SHIPPING: 



 • Free worldwide Shipping (If your country is not listed at the checkout, please contact us at info@blackmerle.com). 


 • The price does not include duties and any applicable taxes as they are the sole responsibilities of the buyer.


 • All orders of in-stock items will be processed for shipping within 1 -2 business day after placing the order (with the exception of pre-order items). 


 • Orders received on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day. 




RETURN/EXCHANGE: 



 • Returns are accepted only on regular priced items (All items purchased on sale, promotion or pre-order are considered final sale). 


 • All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivered date. 


 • Please send an email to info@blackmerle.com indicating your order number, the item(s) you wish to send back and whether you would like to return, exchange or have a store credit. 


 • Please pay the return postage cost and ship the item(s) back using a trackable postal service and let us know of the tracking number. 


 • Please assure that the items are unworn and new, with all original tags attached. 


 • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the client at their cost. 


 • Exchanges are accepted only on regular priced items (All items purchased on sale, promotion or pre-order are considered final sale). 


 • All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the original order. 


 • You may exchange an item or accept a store credit, valid for one year, on any returns. 


 • Exchange requests must be emailed at info@blackmerle.com before sending the package back. 


 • Refunds on both original and return postage costs are not possible. 


 • Exchanges are only possible if the garments have not been worn and are in perfect condition with the original tags still attached. Soiled, damaged or compromised merchandise will not be accepted.
